Celebrated Executive Chef, Andrew Baird will prepare a spectacular
five course gourmet dinner whilst the famous Jersey Holmchase Choir
sing carols
Christmas Day
Start the day with a Champagne breakfast. Meet for a Champagne reception
at midday prior to sitting down to a traditional Christmas lunch.
There will be an informal, yet delicious buffet supper served in
the evening.
Boxing
Day
Follow the Jersey Drag Hunt or see th start of the Vintage Car Rally.
Another special gourmet dinner will be served followed by dancing
until the small hours.
