For an extra special Christmas that warmly lingers in the memory long after the photographs have faded, why not spend the festive season in the idyllic seaside setting of the Brudenell Hotel. A highly fashionable destination for holidays and day trips, Aldeburgh remains largely the same as it has been for decades. While fishermen still sell their daily catch from huts on the beach, the High Street becomes a magical wonderland for the festive season, dressed in twinkling lights and Christmas trees. Independent shops and galleries offer a wealth of choice for those last minute Christmas gifts and nearby Snape Maltings Concert Hall or the town's historic cinema can provide you with cultural entertainment.

Our stylish bedrooms are distinctly decorated, incorporating the vibrant colours so often associated with Aldeburgh. Watch the sun rise from our beautiful sea view rooms or watch it set from rooms which have panoramic views of the River Alde. We have bedrooms to suit a wide variety of occasions, from luxurious and romantic deluxe rooms to spacious family rooms and rooms specifically designed for guests with disabilities.

Whether you enjoy an invigorating walk along the beach, a delicious afternoon tea whilst admiring the sea from the comfort of our lounge, or a game of scrabble with the kids, the choice is yours. Chef, Francis Moore, is enthused by the abundance of local produce available and has created a selection of interesting and mouth-watering dishes using seasonal ingredients associated with Christmas, sourced from producers in and around the town. All rates indicated are per person, full board and based upon two people sharing a double/twin room. The 3 day package commences on 24th December and the 4 day package on 23rd December. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made by 30th November, 2011. In the event of cancellation after the full payment has been made, the guest remains responsible for the full amount. We strongly advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

NB Private dining for groups is also available over the Christmas period, with special accommodation rates available.

New Year Celebration 2011/12

NEW YEAR’S EVE HOUSE PARTY
Say goodbye to 2011 and welcome in the New Year in the luxurious, stylish and vibrant setting of the Brudenell Hotel. Our New Year's Eve celebration focuses on the pleasures of fine food, fantastic wines and good company.

The highlight of our seasonal break is our decadent New Year's Eve black tie gala dinner. The gastronomic delights begin with Champagne and canapés served in the lounge, followed by a seven-course dinner, with excellent wines available for purchase throughout the evening. Please note that the table layout for this evening will be banquet style. This is a wonderful opportunity to dress up and welcome in 2012 with a real sense of occasion...oh, and there's dancing 'til late!
