For the past fifty years, Longueville Manor has been a family run hotel. For a more casual dining experience, guests may choose to visit Suma's, the hotel's restaurant overlooking picturesque Gorey harbour, with outstanding views of Mont Orgueil Castle, just a ten minute drive from Longueville Manor. Here, the food is an interesting combination of English Cuisine with a dash of Mediterranean flair, with a decor as refreshing as local artist Paul Kilshaw's paintings and collages which adorn the walls. In each of the 30 individually decorated and luxurious bedrooms, guests can relax with satellite digital TV, DVD and CD player and a selection of good books and magazines. A variety of rooms are available from standard doubles to spacious deluxe rooms with a pool or garden view and luxury suites overlooking the beautiful gardens. All rooms are decorated to the highest standard with beautiful en-suite bathrooms and enjoy Champagne on arrival, homemade shortbread biscuits, fruit, flowers, mineral water and mints.
